 What does delivery cost?
Delivery and installation charges are included in our prices for up to 200 miles from the Portland/Salem area.  Beyond this 200 mile zone we charge $1 per mile. That extra fee covers the extra gas but it also covers motels and meals on long trips needing multiple days.
 FREE DELIVERY?
How many helpers do we need at the shop for unloading?
None. John Hungerford has developed techniques for doing it alone. He really can move a 600 lb cooler by himself.

Do we need special electrical wiring?
Not usually. The 6 1/2' re-built coolers and the smaller 2 door units need 12 amps of power. Most electrical circuits have 15 amps available so the cooler can share this with a FEW small items without any trouble. We run into problems in some buildings where the only electrical outlets available are shared by everything else in the room. This can cause low power to be supplied to the cooler and ... burn out. Not covered by the warranty. Talk it over with John if you have any concerns.
Older buildings usually have 20 amp circuits and these are almost always adequate.

What if my door is too short?
We need 79 1/2" and prefer over 81" to get in the door with our 79 1/4" tall re-built coolers but there are tricks that can help. Smaller coolers like the 2 door style can be laid on their ends to get in a short door. The 3 door re-built coolers are 79 1/4" tall but only 78" across so sometimes we turn them on end to get inside. We often remove door frames on too short doors but sometimes the frames are too well anchored into the wall to come out without destroying them. We have cut out sills under doors, chipped through concrete to gain 1/4", even taken out large windows to get in. John will do everything humanly possible to get the cooler in but if it cannot fit and must be returned there is a $200 return fee for his trip.
Different brands have different heights so we sometimes have to switch brands to get in a shop door.

How many buckets of flowers will a cooler hold?

A 3 door True brand cooler will hold 4 of the standard 5 gallon buckets behind each door. 12 buckets total on the floor. If the product is short you can put in shelves and get another 8 buckets on shelves.

Note the yard stick to give internal height information.
