Notes: This cooler has a new compressor deck- all mechanical parts under the cooler are new. A new style of ozone friendly refrigerant gas was used. All parts cleaned, checked, serviced and repaired. It is warranted to be mechanically sound and is freshly painted for excellent "show and sell".
Warranty: Full one year all parts and labor (except fluorescent light tubes). The following parts (no labor) will be provided at no charge for 5 years after install: Entire compressor assembly under cooler, ballasts for lights, fan motors inside cooler, glass doors if they fog internally, and the rollers under the glass doors. This list includes all the working/moving parts of the cooler that we are aware of. We believe in our products and back them accordingly.
-Clean the compressor (main motor) fan coils every 3 or 4 months. Lint and blowing dust will collect and will stop air movement. Excess dust or lint build-up may cause early burn out of compressor and warranty will not cover this.
- Electrical: A steady 115 volts must be available to the unit. If it does not receive correct power supply this may cause the unit to overwork and burn out early. Warranty will not cover this situation. All factories recommend a separate power line from the circuit box to the cooler.
- No consequential damages: Neither Hungerfords nor the manufacturer is responsible for economic loss; or special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, losses or damages arising from product spoilage as a result of refrigeration failure. We urge you to purchase business insurance which covers potential losses.
Security Agreement: Purchaser pledges the above described property as collateral for any amount financed.
Cancellation : This contract may be canceled by buyer before installation. A $200 fee will be deducted from any deposit or down payment. No fee will be assessed on normally stocked boxs if buyer changes to another box provided by Hungerfords.
1) Please advise Hungerfords of any unusual installation challenges such as stairs, loose gravel, tight turns, etc.
2) You must measure your door and be sure the cooler can enter. 31" minimum opening. Check for height restriction such as overhanging roofs and beams. We need 81" height to get in! A $200 fee will be charged if cooler cannot fit and must be returned.
